Hansen Facility Management Group LLC (“HFMG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the HFMG Commissioning mobile application for professional commissioning, field documentation, project tracking, asset documentation, issue logging, and report generation.

Information We Collect

The app may collect or store the following information when users choose to enter it:

- Account information such as name, email address, and assigned role

- Project information such as project name, project number, client, address, location, contractors, engineers, and project photo

- Asset information such as equipment tag, location, make, model, serial number, electrical data, performance data, and commissioning form responses

- Issue information such as issue title, description, category, status, location, linked asset, notes, creation date, completion date, and resolution comments

- Photos attached to projects or issues

- Technical information needed for app security, authentication, syncing, and diagnostics

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

- Provide commissioning project documentation tools

- Allow users to create, edit, sync, and review projects, assets, forms, and issues

- Generate issue logs and commissioning reports

- Maintain account access and security

- Support offline field use and data synchronization

- Provide support and troubleshoot app issues

Photos

The app may request access to the camera or photo library so users can attach photos to project records or issue records. Photos are used only for project documentation and report generation.

Data Sharing

HFMG does not sell user data. Data may be shared only as needed to provide the app, operate secure cloud services, support HFMG business operations, or generate project documentation for authorized project stakeholders.

Account Deletion

Users may request or initiate account deletion from within the HFMG Commissioning app under Account Settings. Deleting an account removes app sign-in access. Project records, reports, issues, and commissioning documentation may be retained by HFMG as business records, project records, or legal documentation.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect app data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

The HFMG Commissioning app is intended for professional business use and is not directed to children.
